About WagerX Regulatory Intelligence
What this is
A free, structured public record of selected gambling-regulator publications. Included fines, license decisions, AML warnings, player-protection orders and policy changes become dated, source-linked records — searchable on the News Tracker, browsable by country, and downloadable as open data. Coverage is not exhaustive.
Regulator output is scattered across dozens of authority websites in different languages and formats. We turn it into one consistent dataset the industry can actually work with.
How we build it
Our system is configured to check 24 official gambling-regulator news sources daily. Availability varies. Accepted items are extracted into structured records — issuing authority, target entity, action type, fine amount normalized to EUR — and linked back to the primary source on the regulator's own website.
Scope is strict: licensed gambling authorities only. No third-party media, no rumors, nothing fabricated — if we don't compute something yet, it sits on the public roadmap instead. Every record has a stable permalink for citation.
How to use it
Compliance & payments teams: filter the tracker by payment processors or game suppliers, export CSV for internal reporting, or pull the JSON API into your own tooling.
Affiliates & operators: the weekly brief flags market changes before they hit industry media.
