Rainbet Terms & Conditions: What Players Should Know Before They Play

A WagerX deep dive into country restrictions, VPNs, KYC, withdrawals and the fine print behind one of the crypto casino world’s popular names.

We like Rainbet. We still read the fine print.

Rainbet is a well-known name in the crypto casino space, with a strong presence among streamers and a platform that appeals to players looking for casino entertainment, cryptocurrency payments and sportsbook action.

There is a reason players keep talking about it. And at WagerX, we don’t believe that every popular casino needs to be treated as a problem waiting to happen.

But liking a casino doesn’t mean we stop asking questions.

Our job is to look beyond the games, promotions and streamer recommendations and help players understand the rules that apply when they register, deposit, play and withdraw. That is why we went straight to Rainbet’s own Terms & Conditions and Sportsbook Rules.

This is not an attempt to label Rainbet a bad casino. It is a practical guide to the details players should understand before putting their money on the line. Because the best time to read the terms is before you need them.

Disclosure: WagerX has an affiliate relationship with Rainbet and may earn a commission through the Play link. Our reporting remains independent. Terms checked October 28, 2026.

Rainbet terms: the short version

  • Do not hide your location. Clause 3.4 prohibits VPNs and proxies that mask or manipulate your real location.
  • KYC can happen later. A session without a document request does not create a verification exemption.
  • Check withdrawals before depositing. The terms state a $15 minimum and a 1× crypto-deposit wager lock.
  • Read the offer-specific limits. The $50 language concerns specified promotional-code balances, not every ordinary withdrawal.
  • Know the sportsbook market. Cash Out is optional, overtime is not automatically included, and specific market rules can take precedence.
  • Our test is evidence, not a promise. A one-minute recorded payout does not override verification or country restrictions.

Country eligibility: accessible does not mean allowed

A website loading successfully answers one technical question. It does not establish that the operator accepts you, that you meet its terms, or that the service has the local licence required where you live. A green “Yes” in a country checker needs to say which of those questions it answers.

Clause 3.3 puts responsibility on the customer to use the service legally. Clause 4.1.3 expressly restricts residents of, and access from, the United States and its territories, France and its territories, the Netherlands and the listed Dutch territories and constituent countries, Australia and its territories, Austria, Germany, the United Kingdom and Spain. This is a summary of the wording checked, not an exhaustive determination of worldwide legality.

In Cyprus? Cyprus also appears in the proof-of-residence checklist in clause 20.1, although it is absent from the main restricted-country list. Check with Rainbet before depositing.

Rainbet’s current terms name Rain Group Ltd, company registration number 16077, and state that the service is licensed in Anjouan. We have updated our review to reflect that statement. An offshore licence does not, by itself, mean the operator is licensed in your country.

The VPN rule is clear: do not hide your real location

Rainbet does not allow VPNs to hide your real location or bypass country restrictions. Clause 3.4 covers VPNs, proxies and similar services or devices that mask or manipulate identification of your real location.

This distinction matters for our own testing notes too. An earlier observation that a VPN connection worked is a connectivity result. It is not Rainbet’s permission to conceal location, and it is not a workaround we recommend. Our latest recorded session did not report a VPN check.

KYC can be requested even if your first session had no checks

Clauses 5.2, 8.3 and 20.1 allow Rainbet to request identity and location documents, including before a withdrawal. The listed checks include photo ID, proof of address and a selfie; additional procedures can apply.

The timelines need a little care. Clause 20.1 mentions a 24-hour team review after upload, possible restrictions if verification is incomplete within 72 hours, and analysis taking up to seven business days. The practical takeaway: do not count on KYC being finished within 24 hours, and respond promptly if documents are requested.

The temporary-approval wording limits aggregate deposits to EUR 500 and says withdrawals cannot be completed in that status. The same section contains strict account-closure and forfeiture wording for failed checks or falsified documents. Players should understand those stated consequences before funding an account.

Our experience: no KYC was triggered in the recorded October 20 session. That is a useful observation, not a permanent “no KYC” promise.

Withdrawals: minimums, wager locks and payment methods

  • Minimum: clause 8.1 states $15 per withdrawal, or the equivalent in another currency. It provides a full-balance exception for account closure.
  • Crypto wager lock: clause 8.7 states that crypto deposits have a 1× wager lock.
  • Rollover and fees: clause 8.2 links commission-free withdrawals to wagering the deposit at least once and includes additional promotion wording. Clause 7.2 also allows payment-related charges. This is not a promise that every transfer has zero costs.
  • Payment route: clause 8.4 generally requires withdrawal to the original payment method, with exceptions at the operator’s discretion and subject to extra checks.
  • Eligibility still applies: clause 8.6 warns that successful processing is not guaranteed when the restricted-use policy is breached.

Do not treat a wager lock as a reason to keep gambling with money you cannot afford to lose. If the terms do not suit you, do not deposit. If funds are already locked and you want to stop, ask support about your options rather than chasing the requirement through further losses.

The $50 promo wording is not a general withdrawal cap

Clause 9.2 is easy to misread. It describes a $50 maximum withdrawable amount for welcome promo codes and a $50 maximum transfer to normal balance after the wager lock for promotional or affiliate codes, with excess amounts forfeited. We would not rewrite that as “Rainbet only lets players withdraw $50.”

The scope of the balance matters. Ask which funds are attributed to the code, what must be wagered and when the restriction ends. Clause 9.3 discusses removal after the code-attributed balance is withdrawn or depleted. Clause 9.4 warns that adding a further deposit to a deposit-bonus promotion can forfeit eligibility and pending bonuses.

There is separate free-spins wording in clause 9.10. Different offer categories should not be mixed together, and this article is not advertising a specific welcome bonus. Read the exact promotion you are offered.

One account, accurate details and shared-IP risks

Clause 5.4 allows one account and describes closure and withholding of funds when multiple accounts are found, including accounts operated through other people. Clause 9.8 says accounts sharing an IP address may be classified as abusive, with possible confiscation at Rainbet’s discretion.

A shared household, mobile network or public connection should not be treated as an automatic exemption. Ask support before depositing if another person uses the same connection. Clauses 3.12 and 4.5 also contain restrictions concerning affiliates and other connected people; anyone in those categories should check whether consent is needed.

Sportsbook rules that can change how a bet is settled

The sportsbook document says it governs betting mechanics and settlement. Account registration, deposits, withdrawals, KYC and responsible gambling remain subject to the operator’s general terms. You need both documents, not one instead of the other.

Specific market rules come first

Rule 3.10 sets the order: market rules, then sport rules, then general rules. The general definition of regular time excludes overtime, extra time and penalties unless the market or sport rules say otherwise. Read the actual market label; a match-winner bet and a “to qualify” bet can settle differently.

Check “My Bets”—accepted bets cannot normally be edited

Rules 3.3 and 3.4 say accepted bets cannot be reversed or changed by the user and should be checked in “My Bets.” Live scores, streams and statistics are informational rather than guaranteed real-time data under rule 3.5.

Cash Out is not an entitlement

Rule 4.5.3 allows Cash Out offers to be adjusted, suspended or withdrawn. If the ability to exit early is essential to your plan, that is a reason not to place the bet—not a reason to assume the feature will stay available.

A void Bet Builder leg does not always save a losing ticket

Rules 4.6.4–4.6.5 say a void selection can make the Bet Builder void after its selections finish, unless a selection has lost. A losing selection makes the whole Bet Builder lose. Do not assume every void leg simply disappears as it might in a different bet type.

Automated betting tools are prohibited

Rule 3.6 prohibits bots, scanners and similar automated systems used to place or assist in placing bets, and says bets placed through them are void. An AI tool’s technical ability to interact with a sportsbook does not establish operator permission.

Raise settlement questions promptly

Sportsbook rule 6.1.4 describes a 72-hour settlement-finality window. General terms clause 21.4 says wager disputes must be lodged within three days of the wager being decided. Save the bet ID, market wording, acceptance time and support correspondence. These are the operator’s stated deadlines; we are not giving a legal opinion on whether every clause is enforceable or on rights under local law.

Our approach: player first, every time

We believe a good casino experience involves more than being able to deposit and start playing. Players should understand whether they are eligible, what verification might be required, which withdrawal conditions apply and where to turn if something goes wrong.

Those questions matter whether a casino has an excellent reputation or a poor one. We distinguish between what Rainbet explicitly states, what the wording could mean for a player and what still requires clarification.

Clause 9.9 also restricts affiliates’ branded-search promotion, with possible commission and account consequences. That commercial risk does not change our approach: players come first.

The bottom line

Rainbet’s terms contain several provisions worth understanding, particularly around country eligibility, VPNs, identity verification and withdrawals. None of those provisions, by itself, proves that Rainbet is unsafe. They are contractual conditions players should know about before playing.

Our recorded payout experience can be positive at the same time as our reading of the fine print raises questions. Those findings do not cancel each other out.

At WagerX, we are not here to tell players which casinos they must dislike. We are here to help them understand what they are signing up for.

Rainbet deserves a fair assessment. Players deserve clear information. Those two principles are entirely compatible.

Rainbet terms: quick questions and answers

The key points from the terms checked October 28, 2026.

Does Rainbet allow VPNs to hide your location?

No. Clause 3.4 prohibits VPNs, proxies and similar tools that mask or manipulate identification of your real location. A working connection does not establish eligibility or permission to bypass country restrictions.

Can Rainbet ask for KYC before a withdrawal?

Yes. Clauses 8.3 and 20.1 allow identity and location checks, including before withdrawals. WagerX recorded no KYC prompt in its October 20, 2026 session; that does not mean future withdrawals will be verification-free.

What is Rainbet's minimum withdrawal?

Clause 8.1 states a $15 minimum per withdrawal, or the equivalent in another currency, with a full-balance exception for account closure. Check the current terms and your selected payment method before depositing.

Do Rainbet crypto deposits have a wagering requirement?

Clause 8.7 states that crypto deposits have a 1× wager lock. Clause 8.2 also addresses rollover and promotions. Specific bonus terms may add conditions; do not assume every promotion uses the same multiplier.

Does Rainbet have a general $50 withdrawal limit?

Clause 9.2 describes $50 limits for specified welcome promo codes and promotional or affiliate-code balances. It is not worded as a general $50 limit on every withdrawal. Ask support which balance and offer conditions apply to your account.

What happened in WagerX's latest recorded Rainbet test?

On October 20, 2026, WagerX recorded a 0.6149 ETH deposit and a withdrawal result of 2.275 ETH (1 min). Support response: 3.69 min. KYC observation: No. VPN check: Not reported this session. RTB check: Not reported this session. This is one recorded result, not a payout guarantee.

Is sportsbook Cash Out always available on Rainbet?

No. Sportsbook rule 4.5.3 allows Cash Out offers to be adjusted, suspended or withdrawn. Do not place a bet assuming you can always exit it early.

Can automated tools place or assist with Rainbet sports bets?

Sportsbook rule 3.6 prohibits automated systems, including bots, scanners and similar tools, used to place or assist in placing bets. It states that bets placed using such systems are void.

How quickly should a Rainbet settlement dispute be raised?

General terms clause 21.4 says wager disputes must be lodged within three days of the wager being decided. Sportsbook rule 6.1.4 describes a 72-hour settlement-finality window. Save the bet ID and contact support promptly; these are the operator's stated processes, not a legal opinion on statutory rights.

Sources and evidence limits

This guide combines Rainbet’s published rules with our recorded live test. The licence description comes from the terms, not a separate register check. Our session did not test the promotion limits, KYC process or every sportsbook settlement scenario. Ask Rainbet for written clarification if a rule affects your account.

18+ only, or the higher legal age where you live. Gambling involves financial risk. Do not chase losses. If gambling stops being enjoyable or affordable, stop and use responsible-gambling support and exclusion tools.
