Wagie can summarize dated WagerX real-money tests, public casino information, community claims and approved-source regulatory records. Source coverage varies. A signature proves WagerX origin and payload integrity—not that every claim is independently true, current, lawful or suitable for you.

Role-specific AI inventory

• Wagie chat: WagerX provides and deploys an AI interface for iGaming and regulatory intelligence, with human escalation.
• A2A, MCP and APIs: machine-facing read-only interfaces expose provider, purpose, evidence state, limitations and provenance metadata.
• Editorial support: where AI materially creates or assists an article, its provenance state must be recorded and displayed. Unknown or absent data stays labelled “editorial provenance not recorded”; it is not treated as proof of either human authorship or AI generation.
• Sentiment and monitoring: automation can identify leads and patterns; community allegations remain unverified until reviewed.
• Rankings and catalog: deterministic editorial/evidence inputs order records. Humans own methodology, moderation and corrections.

WagerX does not yet have a supported record establishing whether AI materially assisted or generated the article. This avoids treating missing data as proof of human authorship.

No supported record says AI materially generated the published text, and the editorial record identifies a human author.

AI-assisted, human-reviewed

AI helped draft, translate or process content and a human meaningfully reviewed publication.

AI-generated

AI generated the published content and the record does not support meaningful human editorial review.

These are editorial disclosures, not technical watermarks, authenticity certificates or claims of watermarking compliance.

AI literacy and human oversight

People operating WagerX AI should understand model error, stale evidence, prompt-injection risks, source quality, privacy boundaries, affiliate conflicts and when to escalate. Do not paste credentials, private keys, system prompts or personal data into public AI tools. High-impact legal, financial, moderation and publication decisions require a competent human check against primary evidence. Article 4 AI literacy is treated separately from the direct-interaction notice associated with Article 50.

Data and retention caveats

Chat, security, moderation, evidence and report records may have different retention periods depending on operational need, abuse prevention, disputes and applicable law. WagerX does not promise one universal period here. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive data. See the privacy policy and contact a human for a specific request.

Hosted-content notices, correction and appeal

Forum and Agentic Gambling Catalog content can be reported through the hosted-content report form. It issues a case reference and supports human review, a recorded status/decision and a case-linked appeal form. Reviewers record whether the supplied content locator could be matched. Filing a notice does not automatically delete content. Reporter contact and full report details are not published or copied to Telegram. Corrections and appeals can also be sent to info@wagerx.io with the case reference. These useful controls do not declare WagerX to have a particular DSA classification.

Ranking, principal parameters and affiliate influence

Casino ordering principally uses WagerX’s disclosed forensic methodology: dated deposit/withdrawal observations, KYC/VPN/support results, regulatory context, community evidence and freshness/eligibility gates. Agentic Catalog ordering is primarily categorical and editorial, with evidence-state filters and a clearly identified WagerX-owned featured profile. Search terms and user-selected filters can change what is visible. Affiliate relationships may fund WagerX and outbound links may earn commission, but payment never buys Trust Scores, verification outcomes, catalog placement or evidence labels. AI Act and DSA: separate milestones

• 1 August 2024: the EU AI Act entered into force.
• 2 February 2025: prohibited-practice and AI-literacy provisions started applying.
• 2 August 2025: governance and general-purpose AI provisions started applying.
• 2 August 2026: most remaining AI Act provisions apply, including the Article 50 transparency milestone, subject to the Regulation’s specific scope and transitions.
• 17 February 2024: the Digital Services Act became generally applicable. It is a separate law focused on intermediary/online-platform services and hosted content; role and classification need legal analysis.
