Overview
Rolly joined the WagerX board on August 13, 2026 with a NEW · BETA label, and it earns the highlight: this is one of the more genuinely interesting new platforms we have seen this year. Rolly is a non-custodial betting platform running on its own ZK-app chain — meaning the casino never holds your funds. Your money stays onchain in smart contract infrastructure, accessible only through your own wallet, and Rolly cannot touch your private keys or your balance. That is a fundamentally different trust model from every custodial casino on our list, and it is exactly the kind of verifiable-by-design architecture we like to see. This review is a cold read of the platform and its published terms — we have not yet run our hands-on live test, so no trust score is assigned yet.
The transparency tooling is the standout. Rolly Explorer is a public block explorer where anyone can look up any bet placed on the platform and confirm for themselves that it was fair — every bet is recorded onchain and open to review. The public bankroll is verifiable onchain too. Games come in two categories: Rolly Originals, the in-house ZK-verified games, and Tier-1 titles from top providers across slots, live, table, game shows and instant games. A sportsbook is on the roadmap for the full platform launch.
The bonus model is refreshingly clean. Instead of a big headline welcome package wrapped in wagering requirements, Rolly runs two parallel cash programs: 15% Rakeback (a share of the house edge returned in real time after every eligible bet, claimable from $0.10, never expires) and a 5% Weekly Bonus (credited Mondays, expires if unclaimed within seven days). Both are paid in USDT directly to your balance with no wagering requirements and no payout cap — real cash, not locked bonus funds. Rolly even displays an effective RTP (eRTP) under eligible games showing your real return with bonuses factored in: a 96% RTP slot plays at 96.8% effective. That is the kind of honest math we almost never see in this sector.
Now the caveats, because a cold read has to name them. Rolly is explicitly in beta: its own terms say features, balances, rewards and payouts may be modified, reset or adjusted during the beta period for technical, fairness or testing purposes. The terms disclose no gambling license — governing law is Costa Rica with binding arbitration there, and players are made responsible for their own local compliance. US players are strictly prohibited. There is a $100,000 maximum win limit that can be applied in "exceptional cases" involving unusual activity, and withdrawals may face additional internal checks. And as with any non-custodial platform, smart contract risk is real and the terms say so plainly: bugs, exploits and blockchain failures are your risk. None of this is disqualifying for a beta-stage onchain casino — it is honest, and most of it is inherent to the model — but you should go in with eyes open. We will run our real-money live test and update this review with verified figures.
