GRAI Launches Public Consultation
The Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI) launched a public consultation open until 3pm on 20 August 2026 on three proposed regulations under the Gambling Regulation Act 2024 concerning: Section 86 (prescribed games to be listed for gaming licences), Section 152 (records and accounts licensees must keep), and Section 173 (information remote gambling licensees must provide to account-holders, including alerts and access to gambling history).
