Evolution Malta Holding Limited to pay £4.75m
The UK Gambling Commission published a public statement that Evolution Malta Holding Limited will pay a £4.75 million settlement after an investigation found its games appeared on six unlicensed websites accessible to consumers in Great Britain and identified failures in its anti-money laundering risk assessment, supply-chain oversight and customer due diligence between December 2023 and November 2024. Evolution took remedial action and the Commission's subsequent testing did not identify further instances.
