Following a review of the operating licence undertaken against Grid Rival UK Limited (the Licensee), the Commission found that the Licensee failed to comply with: Licence Condition 15.3.1 General and regulatory returns Licence Condition 1.1.1 (3) Qualified persons – qualifying position Licence Condition 15.2.1 (4a) Reporting key events.
