UKGC sanction: Tombola (International) Plc

Following an investigation, outside of a licence review, into a key event submission by Tombola (International) PLC (“the Licensee”), the Gambling Commission (“the Commission”) found that the Licensee breached: Social Responsibility Code Provision (“SRCP”) 5.1.11 – Direct electronic consent SRCP 3.5.3 – Self-exclusion, Paragraph 2 - Remote SR Code SRCP 3.5.3 – Self-exclusion, Paragraph 6 – Remote SR. The failure to comply with a SRCP is a breach of a licence condition by virtue of section 82(1) of the Gambling Act 2005 (“the Act”).
