Kansspelautoriteit actualiseert richtlijnen voor uitvoering draagkrachttoets

The Kansspelautoriteit (Ksa) updated its good and bad practices for executing the financial capacity (draagkracht) test for online gambling on 2 July 2026 following follow-up inspections. The update clarifies that liquidity (e.g., savings) must not be part of the test and that assessment should be based on players' structural income; the Ksa reported supervisory actions including ten improvement meetings, three warnings and one binding instruction and will perform further spot checks.
