Most players never actually verify the fairness though. It's more of a trust signal than something people actively use. Still important to have.

Provably fair is the whole point of crypto gambling. If a casino doesn't offer it, why are you playing there? You're just trusting them not to rig the games.

I've verified hundreds of bets on Stake and Bitsler. Never found a single rigged result. The math checks out every time.

Absolutely it matters. Provably fair is the entire reason crypto gambling is superior to traditional online casinos. If a site is not provably fair, why use crypto at all?

I verify my seeds maybe once every few months just to confirm. In practice, the reputable sites do not need to cheat - the house edge already guarantees them profit. But it is nice knowing you CAN verify.

Can someone ELI5 how provably fair actually works? I keep hearing about seeds and hashes but I do not fully understand the verification process.
