Welcome to the Hockey Worlds 2026 hub on the WagerX forum.

The tournament runs May 15-31 in Switzerland - group play in Zurich (Swiss Life Arena) and Fribourg (BCF Arena), knockouts the last weekend of May. 16 nations, 64 group games, one trophy.

This is the home base for everything Worlds-related: live game chat, referee gripes, picks, brackets, line value, upsets, hot takes, cold takes, and yes - your bad beats too.

House rules for this thread (in addition to the forum-wide rules):

1. Keep it civil between fanbases. Bashing a nation, slurs, or trolling other posters gets your comment yanked. Roast the team, not the people.

2. No tipster shilling, no external bet slips, no telegram channel links. Share your pick and your reasoning in plain text. If you can't defend it without a referral link, you don't have a pick.

3. Spoiler tag late-night results if you're posting in the middle of a game that's still going somewhere else in the world. Some of us are watching on delay.

4. Be honest about your bets. If you posted a +EV pick that hit, great. If it busted, post the loss too. The forum has a long memory.

5. Referees are fair game in the dedicated ref thread - but "the refs robbed us" is not a complete sentence. Bring the play, the time on the clock, and the rule.

6. Responsible gambling. Worlds is 17 days of hockey. If you're chasing losses by Day 4, step away. The Wagie Security Layer page on the site has tools.

Pinned subthreads below: tonight's games, referees, winner predictions, and best sportsbooks for the Worlds. Open new threads for everything else - brackets, single matchups, prop bets, whatever.

Drop the puck.
