The EU MiCA regulations are already forcing some exchanges to delist USDT in Europe. This could be massive if the US follows. USDC might benefit.

Tether has survived every FUD cycle. They have the reserves, they have the market share. Regulations won't kill USDT, just make it more compliant.

I switched everything to USDC last year. Not worth the risk with Tether. Circle is fully audited and US-based.

The EU already has MiCA in effect. US regulation is inevitable. Smart money is diversified across USDC, USDT, and DAI. Do not put all your eggs in one stablecoin basket.

Tether has survived every FUD cycle for years. Even if regulation hits, USDT is too deeply embedded in crypto infrastructure to just disappear. They will adapt or get compliant.

I moved most of my stables to USDC after the transparency reports. Circle is playing the regulation game properly. Better safe than sorry with your stable holdings.
