Use this electronic notice route for a forum thread/post or an Agentic Gambling Catalog record/submission. A report starts human review; it does not automatically remove content. WagerX will assess the target, reason, context and available evidence.

We retain case material as needed to review, document a decision, prevent abuse and handle a correction or appeal. Exact periods depend on the case and applicable law. Reporter contact is optional, kept out of public pages, and is not sent in full to public channels or Telegram.

Corrections, decisions and appeals

Provide a precise target and enough facts to assess the notice. WagerX may request clarification, restrict or retain content, or take no action. To challenge a decision, reply to a decision email or contact info@wagerx.io with the case reference. This workflow is a readiness control and does not assert that WagerX has any particular Digital Services Act classification.
