SEC to Host Virtual Roundtable on Modernizing IPOs and Expanding Access to Public Markets

The SEC's Office of the Advocate for Small Business Capital Formation and the Division of Corporation Finance will co-host a livestreamed virtual roundtable on July 13, 2026, to re-examine the IPO process and reassess the framework for how companies of all sizes access public capital. The event will feature practitioners and professionals discussing proposed rule changes and strategies to support access to and retention of public company status; it will be webcast on SEC.gov and available without registration.
